A Collab Rooted in Function and Flavor

Together, we created three recipes that are as nutrient-dense as they are crave-worthy — showing that indulgence and nourishment can live deliciously side by side.
Baked Apple with Cinnamon, Panjiri, Vanilla Ice Cream & Neeshi Dark Cacao Drizzle
Warm, spiced, and soul-soothing — this dessert feels like a hug in a bowl. Baked apples bring fiber and natural prebiotics, while cinnamon supports blood sugar balance and metabolism.
The magic happens when you top it with Babo’s Panjiri, rich in nuts, seeds, and ghee for sustained energy and hormone support, and finish with a drizzle of Neeshi’s Dark Cacao Spread — packed with magnesium and antioxidants to calm and replenish your body.

Recipe:
- 1 Honey Crisp Apple
- Cinnamon
- Ghee or non-dairy melted butter
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Babo's Panjiri
- Neeshi's Dark Cacao Spread
- Slice 1/4" of the top of the apple to flatten, and remove the core
- Coat with ghee and sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min until softened, air fryer works well also
- Once baked, top with ice cream, Neeshi Dark Cacao Spread and sprinkle with Babo's Panjiri

Roasted Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts & Chickpeas with Cacao Peanut Butter Protein Hummus and Panjiri Crumble
This savory creation layers texture, spice, and nutrients beautifully. Cauliflower and Brussels sprouts are cruciferous powerhouses that aid estrogen metabolism, while chickpeas offer fiber and plant protein for balanced energy.
We blended Neeshi’s Cacao Peanut Butter Protein into a creamy hummus base — adding a hint of chocolatey nuttiness, plus extra protein and prebiotic fiber. The final touch: a sprinkle of Babo’s Panjiri and a drizzle of olive oil for crunch and satiety.

Recipe:
- 1/2 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 lb brussel sprouts, cut into 1/4' rounds
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
- 1 container of roaster garlic hummus
- Pickles onions
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sumac
- Chaat Masala
- Babo's Panjiri
- Neeshi's Cacao Peanut Butter Protein Blend
- Mix cauliflower, brussel sprouts and chickpeas in a bowl, coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, sumac and chaat masala. Shake to combine.
- Roast in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 15-25 min until roasted, shake after 10 minutes
- In a bowl, mix the hummus with .5-1 scoop of Neeshi's Cacao Peanut Butter Protein Blend
- On a plate, spoon on the hummus mixture, top with the roasted veg/chickpeas, sprinkle with 1/4 cup of Babo's Panjiri and top with pickled onions

Sourdough Toast with Goat Cheese, Cottage Cheese & Neeshi Vanilla Protein, Blueberry Compote & Panjiri
A beautiful balance of tangy, creamy, and sweet. This toast blends goat cheese and cottage cheese for probiotics and calcium with a scoop of Neeshi Vanilla Protein for added amino acids and fiber.
Topped with blueberries simmered in coconut sugar and lemon zest, then finished with a sprinkle of Panjiri, this toast delivers brain-boosting antioxidants and hormone-friendly nutrients — all before noon.

Recipe:
- 1 container of blueberries, washed and dried
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 tsp Coconut sugar
- 1 small log of plain goat cheese
- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
- Rustic Sourdough, sliced thick
- Babo's Panjiri
- Neeshi's Vanilla Protein Blend
- In a small saucepan, add blueberries and coconut sugar. Let cooked down. Once juicy, add lemon zest.
- In a blender, blend goat cheese, cottage cheese and Neeshi's Vanilla Protein Blend
- Plate the bread, spread on the cheese blend, top with the blueberry compote and sprinkle with Babo's Panjiri
