What is Buy with Prime and how does it work?
Buy with Prime gives U.S.-based Amazon Prime members the ability to shop eligible Neeshi products directly from our site. With Buy with Prime, you’ll enjoy a seamless checkout experience, fast, free delivery, and easy returns. When you see the Buy with Prime button on a product, simply sign in with your Amazon account, and your payment and shipping details will automatically apply. After placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email followed by shipping and tracking updates. You can also view and manage your Buy with Prime orders in the Amazon app.
Do I need to be an Amazon Prime member to use Buy with Prime?
Yes, you’ll need to be an Amazon Prime member to use Buy with Prime on our site.
How do I make a purchase using Buy with Prime on your site?
Simply click the Buy with Prime button on the product page and sign in to your Amazon account. Once your Prime status is verified, your order will be processed using your saved shipping and payment info from Amazon.
Is the experience similar to shopping directly on Amazon?
Yes! With Buy with Prime, you’ll enjoy fast, free delivery, easy returns, and a seamless checkout.
Can I use Buy with Prime if I live outside the U.S.?
No, Buy with Prime is currently only available for delivery within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Can I use Amazon Gift Cards, Amazon discounts, or Neeshi Rewards?
No. Amazon Gift Cards, promotional discounts, and Neeshi Rewards can't be used with Buy with Prime. Amazon Gift Cards can only be used on Amazon.com and certain affiliated sites.
What payment methods are accepted with Buy with Prime?
Payments are processed via Amazon Pay and can include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB, as long as the card is stored in your Amazon account.
Can I set up a subscription using Buy with Prime?
Not at this time. Buy with Prime does not support subscription purchases.
Where can I check my order status?
Use the link in your confirmation email to access your order details page—or check your order status anytime using the Amazon app.
What should I do if my order is late or I run into any issues?
First, allow 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date. Then:
- Confirm your shipping address is correct
- Check your order status via the email link or Amazon app
- Track your package using the shipping confirmation email
If you still haven’t received your order after 48 hours, contact us.
