No. Neeshi is functional nutrition, which means whole food built to do a job. You eat it, you don't swallow it. That is the whole point: a spoonful of dark cacao spread is something you'll actually keep doing, where a pill on the counter is something you forget.

Spread: one tablespoon a day. Stir it into a smoothie or oatmeal, spread it on toast or fruit, or eat it straight from the jar. Protein: one scoop a day in a smoothie, oats or coffee, or shaken with water or your milk of choice.

Most women feel a shift within one to three cycles. Neeshi works by giving your body raw materials it uses every day, so the effect builds rather than arriving overnight. If you are looking for something that works within an hour, this is not that.

One jar is seven daily servings, so four jars cover one full 28-day cycle. Because the benefit builds over cycles, a month is the shortest stretch that gives you a fair read.

Nothing dramatic. Neeshi is most effective with daily consistency, and most customers notice a difference within one to two months of regular use. After that, many settle into three or four times a week and keep feeling the support. Pick it back up when you can.

Neeshi may be less helpful for women with endometriosis; that is what we saw among early participants. If you have endometriosis, talk with your doctor about what fits alongside your care.

We don't recommend it. The spread contains almonds, the Cacao Peanut Butter protein contains peanuts, and our kitchen processes nuts, dairy and gluten.

Neeshi products are classified as functional foods. The FDA does not approve food products. We comply with FDA regulations for food safety and labelling.

We source organic, non-GMO and ethically grown ingredients wherever possible, and our blends are made in small batches in the U.S.

That's natural separation. We use no preservatives or stabilizers, so the oil from the nuts and seeds can rise. Stir it back in with a spoon or butter knife.

No refrigeration needed. Store it at room temperature somewhere cool, dry and dark. It travels well, including on planes.

Each scoop has 8g of fiber. If you're not used to that much, start with half a scoop and build up over a week or two so your gut can adjust.
