How to Use

We recommend starting your Neeshi at least 2 weeks prior to your next period. If you are in menopause, start right away. Eat one Neeshi snack daily to see the magic happen. Miss a few days? That's ok!

Once you notice the benefits (this can take 1-2 cycles) you may reduce your daily treat to 3-4 times a week to maintain your hormonal balancing benefits.

The Spread should be stored in a cool, dark place at room temperature - stir before use since it is nut butter without preservatives so the oil may separate.
